Draft type: Auction with $200 budget (not $500)

Waivers: $100 FAAB budget.

League rules. Please note the quirks in kicking, defense and also the .5 points per first down (for short yardage backs). If there is enough outrage over the .5 points per first down I am willing to scrap it. I think it is a nice scoring change though and at this stage we will go ahead as planned.
